A Few Words

Film Studies emphasizes the critical examination of film, exploring the basic formal and narrative structure of film, and is devoted to the analysis of cinema as a unique art form and as a medium influenced and shaped by society.

A key point to remember when doing research on Film Studies is that the main subject heading is Motion Pictures.

To find videorecordings (DVD and VHS), try a keyword search for Videorecording.
