The organizations we have selected for October are A Million Thanks and Liberty House. A Million Thanks provides support and appreciation to active and veteran military men and women through sending letters and granting betterment of life wishes, as well as providing higher education scholarships to their children. Located in Manchester, NH, Liberty House enables veterans to work together to rebuild confidence, enhance skills, and lead fulfilling substance-free lives. This organization has provided support to 300 veterans in the state. |
Materials to make cards will be available in the library,
