Drama Criticism: Selected Websites

This interesting website contains selections from the Federal Theatre Project (1935–1939) in the collections of the Library of Congress. Among other items, it contains scans of production notebooks, costume sketches, conductor's scores, and posters.

The Furness Image Collection at the Horace Howard Furness Memorial Library (University of Pennsylvania) contains over 2,000 prints and photographs dating primarily from the 19th century. The Horace Howard Furness Memorial Library is "dedicated to the study of Shakespeare and his contemporaries and, more generally, to the English Renaissance and the history of Shakespearean theatrical presentations. The Furness Library contains books, manuscripts, images, and artifacts."

This is a database of productions that have been produced Off-Broadway since 1958 and fulfill the criteria established by the Lucille Lortel Foundation.
