This is a guide to selected sources of information related to ED375: Teaching Elementary Reading. This guide contains resources that will help you research children's literature and select grade and content level appropriate fiction and non-fiction materials. It will also point you towards resources that will inspire you to be good storytellers. For further assistance, please contact the Education subject librarian.
Think about using book previews to get your students excited about reading a book. Similiar to movie previews, they pull you into the story and make you want to know more.
As a student you can sign up for a Goffstown Public Library card. My getting a library card you can check out books from their children's literature collection and access the Novelist and Tumblebooks databases remotely.
