Welcome to the Library Guide for CH 110 - Principles of Physical Science I.  This guide has been designed to help you utilize library materials with ease in order to complete your literature paper discussing the pros and cons of alternative energy sources.  It offers:

Literature Paper on Energy

April 1, 2015

Submit your paper in hardcopy to Dr. Wierda by Monday, April 1 @ 9:30am.

Choose an alternative energy source and write a two-three page paper discussing the pros and cons of the source.  Conclude with a paragraph expressing your own opinion.  To complete this assignment, you must consult 3 types of sources and cite them according to MLA style:

  1. A newspaper article, or news periodical
  2. A book chapter or encyclopedia entry
  3. An article from a science journal such as New Scientist or Discover.
